For business
Collecting property listings, deduplicating them, geocoding them, and keeping them current is a year of engineering that earns you nothing. Read ours instead, and spend that year on your actual product.
Three shapes of team buy property data, and they buy it to solve different problems.
Your listings look thin next to the incumbent's.
Enrich each listing with district context, price-per-square-metre comparisons, and amenity proximity, so a visitor gets an answer instead of another set of filters.
Valuation conversations run on instinct and a spreadsheet.
Give agents comparable asking prices and district supply while they are on the phone, and publish the agency's own inventory to a branded site that stays in sync by itself.
Building a catalogue is a year of work before your product starts.
Skip the collection layer entirely. Read a normalised catalogue on day one and spend that year on the thing you are actually differentiating.
Sources are collected, deduplicated, geocoded, and normalised into one schema before anything reaches an endpoint. A German room count and a direct submission come back the same shape.
Type, rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, living and plot area, floor, year built, condition, energy label, heating, orientation, and images.
Populated unevenly. Every optional field is genuinely optional.
Coordinates, city, district, postcode, and amenity proximity, each carrying an explicit precision so you know whether a pin means a building or a postcode.
Many sources publish street or district level only.
Supply counts and price distribution by city, district, and property type, computed across the catalogue we hold.
Describes asking behaviour, not transacted prices.
Import from the format your CRM already exports, then publish, update, and withdraw through the same key so your catalogue and ours stay consistent.
Write access only ever touches what your organisation published.
Not every team wants an integration. Some want a website, and some just want their existing CRM to keep publishing.
Read the catalogue, publish your own stock, and subscribe to changes. JSON over HTTPS with one key.
Read the API docsOpenImmo, RESO, BLM, Kyero, CSV, or JSON, delivered by SFTP or fetched on a schedule. Usually no export work on your side.
See supported formatsA branded, hosted property site driven by the inventory you already manage. No build pipeline, no separate CMS.
See portfolio sitesA shared organisation account with roles and seats, listing performance, and enquiry analytics in one place.
Team accountsEvery plan is paid. There is no free tier: evaluation is a test key, which costs nothing and needs no card, and the free way to use Skautik is the application itself. Enterprise volumes and terms are agreed rather than listed.

or €3,490 a year, which is ten months for twelve

For volumes and terms that are agreed rather than listed.
The included volume is what the price covers, not a ceiling your integration hits at three in the morning. A busy week costs you nothing. If the traffic becomes the shape of your usage rather than a spike, we get in touch about moving you up at your next renewal, before a bill rather than after one.
A test key costs nothing, needs no card, and reads a fixed dataset while discarding writes, so you can build the whole integration and run it in CI before there is an invoice. See authentication for the two kinds of key.
The free way to use Skautik is Skautik: search, saved searches, alerts and matching are all on the consumer plans, and the free one costs nothing for good. A free API tier would be a third thing to keep running that serves neither the person looking for a flat nor the team building on the data.
Use the data inside your own product, within your plan's volume. It is not licensed for resale or redistribution as a dataset, caching is permitted for the period your plan states, and attribution is required where the documentation says so. The terms are the binding version.

Consumer plans for individual buyers and renters are on the pricing page.
The commercial, security, and licensing facts up front, so a security review does not start with a questionnaire.
We hold no SOC 2, ISO 27001, or equivalent third-party attestation today, and we would rather say so than let a badge imply otherwise. If your procurement process requires one, talk to us about timing before you build against the API.
Listing data carries the same limits in the API as in the product: it is largely third-party, unverified, and refreshed on a schedule. Build accordingly, and read the platform disclosures and the API terms. Housing advertising through our data must comply with the fair housing notice.
A test key costs nothing and needs no card, so you can have the whole integration working before there is an invoice. When you are ready to point it at real inventory, pick a plan.
Enterprise volumes, service levels and terms are agreed rather than listed. Tell us what you are building and we will come back with a shape.
