Subscriptions are sold by Rymote LLC, State of Wyoming, United States. Skautik is a search platform and not a broker, agent, or lender; see the platform disclosures for what the data can and cannot be relied on for.
Unused credits roll over for one billing cycle. So if you don't use all your credits this month, they'll still be available next month. After that, unused credits from two months ago will expire. This keeps things fair while giving you flexibility.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll get the difference in credits immediately. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
No worries: you can always buy additional credit packs. A pack of 50 credits is available for just €4.99. You can buy as many packs as you need, and they never expire as long as your account is active.

No. Prices are shown excluding VAT, GST, and sales tax, and the applicable amount is calculated at checkout from your billing country. Business customers can enter a VAT or tax identification number, and where the reverse charge applies we will not add tax.
Cancel any time from billing settings, with no retention call and no cancellation fee. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then reverts to the free Explorer plan. Nothing is deleted on cancellation. If you also want your data removed, use the export and delete controls in settings, and deletion completes within 30 days.
Periods that have already started are non-refundable, except where local law says otherwise. Consumers in the EU and UK have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, which ends once you ask us to begin the service immediately and it has been supplied. If we materially reduce a feature you pay for, we will offer a pro-rata refund for the unused period.
Only with at least 30 days' notice, and never mid-period. A change applies from your next renewal, so you can always cancel before it takes effect and pay nothing more at the old or the new price.

No to both. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and organic search ranking is not for sale. Where a placement is paid it is labelled as promoted and is visually distinct from organic results.
